Still Working on 28

I got some more written on chapter 28. Not as much as I wish, but another chunk.

This chapter will see the introduction of another character from the manga. One who has not appeared in the story so far.

    Okay the way I figure it, you're either bringing in Pantyhose Taro because he shows up around this time or you're introducing us to Principle Kuno who we have yet to see(at least to my knowledge). Or maybe I'm wrong all all accounts, anyway look forward to this next chapter.
