This cartoon idea involves Ryu Kumon, a boy who pretended he was Ranma to Ranma's mother Nodoka during the arc about the umisen-ken. The setting is a bedroom in the home of Nodoka Saotome. Akane is lying on her back on a bed, nude, and tied up in kinbaku or shibari style. There is also a gag in Akane's mouth, and she is glaring at the other two people in the room. Ryu Kumon, with his pants lowered, is lying atop Akane, and is fucking her. Nodoka, wearing a kimono, is standing nearby with her hands clasped in front of her, looking proud.
Nodoka is crying out, "My son is so manly!" Ryu whispers to Akane, "Sorry. The lady insisted." Despite the words, Ryu doesn't look sorry at all, and in fact he is smirking.

Fishing Pole Wedding
The setting for this cartoon idea is a wedding ceremony, probably being held in the Tendo Dojo. Somewhere to the side or in the background a fishing pole is leaning against a wall. The attendees to the wedding should include many/most members of the cast, plus several Furinkan High School students. The bride is a very pregnant female Ranma, in a wedding dress which is cut low and shows a large carp tattoo on her left tit. The groom is a frantic Ryoga in a tuxedo. Behind Ryoga is Ranma's mother Nodoka, in formal Japanese wedding attire of the sort to be worn by the bride's mother. Nodoka is holding the point of a katana at Ryoga's back. Ranma looks very smug.
Ryoga is pleading, "But I keep telling you! I didn't force her! She forced me!"

Poll Results for Nodoka
The question was: "Which male character(s) would be the most interesting sex partners for Nodoka Saotome?" Multiple choices were allowed in voting.
Top choice with 29/57 (50%) votes was: Pantyhose Taro. I'm guessing people like the idea of tentacle sex for Nodoka. Or maybe pantyhose bondage. Or both. Or bestiality with a really big beast? Who knows.
Choice number 2 was the incest choice of her son Ranma, with 24/57 (47%) of the votes.
After that everyone was a distant finisher, with Happosai and Kuno (Tatewaki) coming in at 7/57 (12%), then Ryoga at 6/57 (10%), followed by Principal Kuno at 5/57 (8%). Ryu Kumon (my favorite) had a measly 3/57 (5%), while Mousse and Soun only got 2/57 (3%) votes each, and her husband Genma came in dead last with a single vote.

In Front of Mother
“Hey Akane, say cheese!”
“Huh?” Flash!
“I got a new camera!” Nabiki held the device out so her younger sister could see. “Look at how well the pictures turn out!”
Several photographs flipped past Akane's eyes. “Wait, stop!” She went back to one photograph in particular, then let out a small gasp. The photograph showed Akane herself, standing in front of the shoji. From behind the shoji and protruding out into view, she could clearly see the end of the cloth wrapped katana which Nodoka Saotome carried everywhere!
Oh no! she thought. I've got to warn Ranma! His mother is still somewhere around the house! She took off running, her short skirt swirling around her thighs, searching for her troublesome fiancé.
Meanwhile Ranma was upstairs in the guest room, trying to plan how he would apologize to Akane. He hadn't really meant to say he didn't want to see her tits. He had been annoyed, and scared of being caught acting like a pervert by his mother, and his mouth had gotten away from him — as it did all too often. The truth was, seeing Akane barely covered in an unhooked bra had given him an instant hard on, and he wasn't at all averse to seeing even more. The problem was how to explain that without getting thoroughly thrashed for putting it wrong.
Suddenly Akane burst into the room with him. Without the slightest pause she shouted, “Come on! You've got to hide!” then grabbed him by the pigtail and dragged him out into the hallway. She ran down the hall, pulling him behind, while he was still trying to work out what was happening so as to form a coherent protest.
He finally started to say something, only to have Akane clap a hand over his mouth and hiss, “Shh!”
Then she ducked through the door into her own bedroom, still pulling him behind. She closed the door quickly, locked it, then turned and gave a sigh of momentary relief.
Only to see the hem of a kimono sticking out of her own closet.

Gender-swapped Nerima 2
Continuing on yesterday's theme of three Tendo sons, one of whom is to marry an allegedly female Ranma - which he isn't, but Genma has managed to convince everyone.
I think Kazuma would be a very suave, polished type, one who is accustomed to sweeping any woman off her feet. One with a heart of gold, aside from his tendency to try to sleep with anything in a skirt. Noburo is the sort to tell women lies in order to try to have his way with them. There are probably several high school girls whom he promised to love forever, and then dropped after he got into their pants. Akeno is the one most interested in the martial arts, and hasn't done a lot of dating because he doesn't care for girls who throw themselves at him, and most of the girls at Furinkan have been doing precisely that. However, Ranma's obvious (initial) resistance to the brothers' charms intrigues Akeno.
Hmm, you know, Ranma would have no objection to sparring with Akeno. He's perfectly willing to fight with males.
I think at Genma's suggestion and Kimiko's acquiescence, the brothers (and Genma) would carry holstered water pistols around. Whenever Ranma "accidentally" changes into his supposed cursed form (male), he would be caught in a crossfire of squirts and quickly changed back to female. Genma would also throw out all of Ranma's male clothes and provide only female clothing for his "daughter" to wear. He'd probably do that before they even reach the Tendo's, except for possibly the clothes Ranma is wearing at the time, and he'll get that last set of clothing the first time Ranma takes a bath. Genma will also try to coerce Ranma into wearing a girl's uniform and attending school as a girl, though I'd have to think about how that's to be accomplished, or even whether it would be initially successful.
Rather than being manic about wanting a manly son, Nodoka is neurotically depressed that she never had a daughter. When she finds out what's going on, she wholeheartedly endorses Genma's plan. She "confirms" to the Tendos that Ranma was in fact born a girl, putting to rest some doubts which had started to fester.
I'd have to think about whether to gender swap others like Shampoo, Ukyo and Ryoga, or keep them as they are. Ukyo might be interesting as a crossdressing lesbian, who became that way after the humiliation of Ranma casting aside their engagement. She's as shocked as Ranma to learn that she was mistaken all these years about the other person's gender. The fact that Ranma was supposedly female means that it wasn't "her" fault after all that the engagement didn't work out, and the lesbian sees a pretty hot redhead, and decides to try to steal her former "girlfriend" from those distasteful guys.
