MV 28 Getting Close

I wrote a good bit more on chapter 28 tonight. I also took the length into account, and made some changes to my plans for where I'm going to break up events into chapters. As a result, I am now close to completing the rough draft of chapter 28. However, the fact that I struggled with some parts of it means that as soon as I do complete the draft, there are places where I'm going to have to go back and do some cleaning up. Still, I'm definitely making progress, and I'm getting closer to the day when everyone will be able to read the chapter.
