This cartoon idea is taken from the Shishi Hokodan arc of the manga. The setting is on the grounds of Furinkan High School with a very large but shallow crater in the center of the image. This crater is surrounded by a crowd of students, and both Akane and Cologne are in the crowd near the edge. A depressed Ryoga is standing at the crater center, his arms lowered near his sides with his fists curled upward. Lines of force surrounding Ryoga illustrate the chi force of the Shishi Hokodan falling heavily around himself and Ranma. Ranma, in female form, is standing near Ryoga, struggling to stay on her feet under the downward impact of the chi attack. All of Ranma's clothes have been torn off by the chi force, with the fragments of cloth being driven down toward the ground.
And Ryoga is shouting, "Shishi Hokodan, Perfected!"
I have a favorite scenario in mind between Ryoga and Ranma, but it would take at least two panels. You start out with Ranma-chan and Ryoga laying on the grass, or a floor. Ranma is sprawled out, dressed only in the shreds of her clothing. Her tits are bruised and bitten, as are her thighs. Her face might also bear evidence of being slapped around. Her legs are spread wide and her cunt is distended with a big pool of cum between them and lots of cream still inside.

Of course this reveals that Ryoga has a girl curse as well.
That had me chuckling at the end. A similar scenario applies, of course, to all of those fics where Akane is cursed to turn into a boy. (Or likewise if any of the other girls are so cursed, but that seems to be more rare.)
